Turns out that the best kind of wedding is a wedding between two Union grads. I don't want to toot my own horn, but we know how to have a good time.
We started drinking about 15 minutes after arriving in Schenectady around 3 yesterday afternoon. Then we got all cleaned up and pretty-looking, and we partied from 7 until 1, and then went to Union and partied some more until just about 6am. It's been quite some time since I've walked through campus just as the sun was starting to come up. A couple hours of sleep later, and we were back on the road to return to Boston...
Then the reception ended and we knocked down the classiness factor a few notches and headed over to Union and Geisel House. Where I actually felt old because I was a little bit offended by the awful smell of beer that smacks you in the face when you walked in. Oh, and because I actually decided to wash out some of the cups before playing beirut. It was another fun 5 hours or so of flip cup, beirut, and general partying...
And then we had to drive home the next day. Some of us weren't able to stay awake in the car for those couple of hours...
More wedding pics here!
So, who's getting married next???
